STAGING AND CONFIGURATION
Our Cisco-certified technicians verify the hardware configuration,
load your designated software and install the necessary memory,
network modules or line cards into the chassis. After assembly, the
unit is powered-on and all components are checked to ensure they are
recognized and operating properly. If the unit, or some component,
is non-operational, the technicians take appropriate steps to return
the unit to functional status.
After following the above Staging procedures, technicians verify and
load our client-supplied configuration file on the chassis.
TESTING AND BURN-IN
Equipment is set up in our onsite Integration Center. Digital
Dimension's team of experts run compatibility tests and benchmarks
according to your requirements. Product is burned-in to guard
against failure.
ASSET TAGGING
We record equipment serial numbers and client-specified information,
and then apply client labels.
ADVANCED STAGING AND CONFIGURATION DEVELOPMENT
Digital Dimension provides services that develop and tests a configuration file. Then the
equipment is staged and the configuration loaded on the chassis.
Finally, the fully integrated product goes through a strict
quality-assurance check. The quality-control technician verifies the
software load, tests the unit for functionality and module
compatibility, and rechecks the component list and service requested
against the sales order. The project coordinator ensures shipment as
dictated by you.
